DIRECT SALES AGENTS

(Rumphi, Mzimba, Mzuzu, Balaka, Mangochi, Machinga, Zomba, Phalombe, Chiradzulu, Blantyre)

Reporting to the Consumer Sales Executive, the Direct Sales Agent will complement TNM distribution partners to improve the availability of its products in their assigned territories.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• TNM Agents rebalancing.
• Identification, recruitment and rollout of new TNM Agents and Franchisees in all markets within the assigned territory.
• Daily management of TNM Agents and Franchisees, both new and existing.
• Resolution of customer complaints and queries in assigned territories.
• Reactivation and training of customers with dormant Mpamba accounts.
• Enhancement of outlet and market visibility.

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Competent and licensed motorcycle rider.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to operate autonomously and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
• High integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding service environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
