By accessing or using GoboSignal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02Nature of the Service — Aggregator Disclaimer
GoboSignal is an opportunity aggregator. We collect and display publicly available job listings, tenders, grants, scholarships, fellowships, and consultancy notices from employers, government bodies, NGOs, and other organisations. We do not own, create, verify, or endorse any listing. All listed opportunities remain the sole property and responsibility of the posting organisations. GoboSignal is not a recruitment agency and is not party to any employment, contracting, or funding relationship between users and posting organisations.
03No Guarantee of Accuracy
Listings are published in good faith based on publicly available information. GoboSignal makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any listing. Deadlines, requirements, and details may change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all information directly with the posting organisation before applying.
04Use of the Platform
GoboSignal is provided for personal, non-commercial use to discover and track publicly available opportunities. You may not use the platform to scrape or harvest data, distribute spam or unsolicited communications, impersonate any person or organisation, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform.
05Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hie@jpisystems.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
06Intellectual Property
All GoboSignal branding, design, software, and original platform content are the property of JPI Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Individual opportunity listings remain the property of their respective posting organisations. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission.
07Third-Party Content & Links
GoboSignal may link to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. The inclusion of any external link does not constitute an endorsement.
08Limitation of Liability
GoboSignal and JPI Systems are not liable for any loss or damage — including missed application deadlines, unsuccessful applications, or reliance on inaccurate listing information — arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
09Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malawi.
